  UNPREDICTABLE
NATURE

When working with wildlife you can't help but become attuned to their environment and learn more about them through their behaviour. This is the most amazing part of photographing animals in their natural habitat. But no matter how much you know about animals, they are often unpredictable.

Often the location or the environment you are exploring lends to that perfect shot. Having had the opportunity to visit some of the most beautiful destinations around the world, including Antarctica, Nepal, Thailand and the South Pacific, I have had the chance to experience unique cultures and see some remarkable wildlife.

I have an affinity with the ocean and many of its marine mammals, particularly Humpback whales. I have spent the last six years in Tonga, during the whale watching season, photographing these majestic creatures above and below the surface.

Wildlife photography is about patience and being prepared for the unpredictability of your subjects.
